Booking Arrangements – Booking is through the website.

Payment – Payment must be made with the booking.

Cancellation Policy – If the user arrives late, the booking cannot be extended. Bookings are non-transferable. The person making the booking must be present and must ensure that anyone else attending is made aware of and adheres to the Terms and Conditions.

 

Parking:

There is no parking in the field.

You can only park in the car park, this is gated and securely fenced.

DO NOT enter the car park if the gate is closed.

A closed car park gate indicates that the field is in use

All vehicles and contents are left entirely at the owners risk.

 

Maintenance:

The hirer must bring their own poo bags and clean up after their dog/s.

We will provide a poo bin.

The field and fencing will be inspected daily to maintain security but please notify a member of the Team if you have any concerns.

During winter months the field may be muddy.

Users must inspect the field to ensure that it is suitable for use by their dog/s, fence height etc.

 

Code of Ethics:

To ensure safety and security standards, professional dog walkers will only be allowed by prior arrangement.

Your dog and any other pets in your household do not show any signs of being unwell.

If any of your household pets show signs of illness, you will reschedule your booking.

If you are booking the field for more than 8 dogs there must be a minimum of two adults with the dogs.

Entering/Leaving the Field:

It is the responsibility of those using the field to allow time at the end of their session to get their dog/s on lead and off the field before the next client is due.

Dogs must be back in the car at least 5 minutes before the end of the session to allow time for the next dogs to enter at their allotted time. Dogs must remain in the owner’s vehicle until the previous users have left the field and have got their dogs into their vehicle. (Please note if you arrive early, DO NOT enter the car park if the gate is shut.)

Any owners who cannot reload their dogs must inform the management.

Users must ensure that the inner entry gate is securely closed.

Owners will not allow their dog to dig, and will fill in any holes so dug.

 

Children:

Children are welcome on the field but must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Please do not let children climb on any gates or fences.

 

Data:

We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking.

The information is not used for any other purpose or shared to any other parties.

 

Use of the field:

Use of the field means that the user accepts all the terms and conditions.

The user is responsible for all safety aspects of the field prior to, during or subsequent to the hire period and must accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or death howsoever or by whomsoever caused, whether to property or persons sustained by any person in the field
